When will my order ship?

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

Can I track my order?

  • Certainly. You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can see where your order is all along the route to you.

What is the Return Policy?

  • In a nutshell, you will have 60 days to return your purchase for a refund. For a more detailed explanation, check out our Return Policy in the Customer Service Section.

Are there exclusions to the Return Policy?

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt. Your return may be declined for one of the following reason:
    • Return is outside of the Return Policy
    • Item was washed, worn or used
    • Item was damaged after delivery
    • Item is altered in any way
    • Item was returned with holes or other defects
    • Item is stained, has a foul odor, such as smoke or item contains pet hair
    • Item contains a foul odor

What printing method is used for my shirt?

  • Sport Your Gear uses multiple methods when printing our apparel. The specific method will depend per design. We use screen printing, Direct-to-Garment and heat transfers but typically, you will receive a DTG printed garment made on demand and per individual order. This is done to ensure the highest level of quality control and that you are given a brand new item right off the presses...literally.

Why is my school not available?

  • Sport Your Gear is increasing our catalog rapidly so check back often if you do not see offerings from your favorite school. Also, feel free to drop us a line and let us know what you are looking for.

Do you offer custom orders?

  • In some instances we certainly do. Please reach out to us at support@sportyourgear.com to see if we can work a custom order for you, your business or your family reunion.
