Refund policy
Returns
Sport Your Gear offers a 30 day return window. After 30 days, we do not typically offer you a refund or exchange. However, we know things happen and want to work with you, so please contact us directly.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be subject to Sport Your Gear's discretion.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the card or payment method used to make the initial purchase. We certainly try to process your returns as quick as possible but please know that during our busy season returns may take 1-2 weeks. Once your return is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
If you need to expedite the return process please send an email containing the carrier and tracking number to support@sportyourgear.com.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless there has been an error that is our fault. If there was an error with your order, please contact support@sportyourgear.com and we will work to make it right. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and/or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sportyourgear.com. You will be expected to pay for the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
